This guide will walk you through downloading a CSV file containing your transaction history for your Shopify Credit account.
What you'll need
Your Shopify account login credentials (Username & Password)
Steps
Log in to your Shopify account using your username and password.
Go to Finance > Credit.
Click the 'Download' icon at the top right of the Transactions section.
Choose the month relevant to your mission and click Export as CSV. This will save the CSV file to your device.
Head over to your mission in Finaloop, and upload your CSV file.

As part of our onboarding and year end reviews, we may ask for statements to confirm your credit balances and ensure your books are 100% accurate.
What you'll need
Your Shopify account login credentials (Username & Password)
Steps
Log in to your Shopify account using your username and password.
Go to Finance > Credit.
Click View statements at the top right of the page.
Click the statement of the month relevant to your mission. This will allow you to save the statement to your device.
Head over to your mission in Finaloop, and upload your bank statement pdf.
