This guide will walk you through downloading a CSV file containing your transaction history for your Shopify Balance account.

What you'll need

  • Your Shopify account login credentials (Username & Password)

Steps

  1. Log in to your Shopify account using your username and password.

  2. Go to Finance > Balance.

  3. Click on the relevant account under Accounts.

  4. Click the 'Download' icon at the top right of the Transactions section.

  5. Choose the month relevant to your mission and click Export as CSV. This will save the CSV file to your device.

  6. Head over to your mission in Finaloop, and upload your CSV file.

  5. Click the statement of the month relevant to your mission. This will allow you to save the statement to your device.

  6. Head over to your mission in Finaloop, and upload your bank statement pdf.
