Parker - Uploading your transactions or bank statements (CSV or PDF) to Finaloop

In certain cases, we may need your help getting transactions or reports we can't import automatically from your bank or financial institution.

In this article, we'll explain how to find the relevant reports we need from your Parker accounts and upload them into Finaloop.


1. How to export a CSV file of your transactions from your Parker account​

This guide will walk you through downloading a CSV file containing your transaction history for your Parker account.

What you'll need

  • Your Parker account login credentials (Username & Password)

Steps

  1. Log in to your Parker account using your username and password.

  2. On the homepage, click on the "Transactions" button that has a download icon next to it.

  3. On the pop-up, select the relevant start and end dates, and choose .csv as the document type. Click on 'Export Transactions' at the bottom to save the file to your device.

  4. Head over to your mission in Finaloop, and upload your CSV file.


2. How to export a bank statement (PDF) of your transactions from your Parker account​

As part of our onboarding and year end reviews, we may ask for bank statements to confirm your bank balances and ensure your books are 100% accurate.

What you'll need

  • Your Parker account login credentials (Username & Password)

Steps

  1. Log in to your Parker account using your username and password.

  2. On the homepage, click on the "Statements" icon.

  3. In the pop-up, select "Closing Statements" and look for the relevant month. Click on PDF to save the file to your device.

  4. Head over to your mission in Finaloop, and upload your PDF file.
