At Finaloop, we understand that managing your finances can be complex, which is why we offer comprehensive support to ensure you have all the help you need.

Our team of expert bookkeepers, CPAs, and ecommerce specialists is here to assist you with any questions or issues you may have. This article outlines the support options available to you, including our regular support services, additional add-on services, and how to get in touch with us.


2. Support availability

Finaloop offers unlimited expert email and chat support. We strive to respond within 24 hours during weekdays, though response times may extend to 48 hours during the year-end period.

Our team of bookkeepers, CPAs, and ecommerce experts provides unlimited email support at no additional charge. To ensure you receive the most accurate and reliable information, we typically handle most questions via email. This approach allows us to provide professional, tailored responses from our various subject matter specialists.

3. What is included in our bookkeeping services?

Finaloop’s bookkeeping services are designed to automate and simplify your financial management. Our team of experts takes care of the bookkeeping services for you from beginning to end, with input needed from you or your team along the way.

Here’s what our services include:

  1. Onboarding support: We help you get started with Finaloop, ensuring a smooth transition.

  2. Sales reconciliation: We sync your sales and other financial data in real-time with unlimited app integrations and use a 3-way reconciliation process to match up your sales data to your payment processor data to your actual bank payouts.

  3. Live transaction classification: We sync all your bank and credit card transactions and automatically categorize about 94% of your transactions in real-time based on our expansive database of transactions and vendors from thousands of consumer brands. The transactions we can’t categorize will need some input from you as we get to know your business. Based on your input, we’ll create customized rules to automate the remaining transaction categorization

  4. Invoice and bill tracking: We sync and track your invoice and bill information from our integrated apps or you can effortlessly enter it directly into Finaloop using our Bills and Invoice modules.

  5. Inventory tracking: We sync real time COGS and track your inventory to ensure you always have visibility into this key metric.

  6. Live financials: Access real-time Profit & Loss statement, Cash Flow, and Balance Sheet.

  7. Payroll tracking: We track your payroll data, including salaries, taxes, and benefits to ensure your payroll information is accurately accounted for and reconciled.

  8. Loans: Our expert Loans team accurately tracks your loan balances, interest expense, and financing fees so you know the real health of your business.

  9. 24/7 bank reconciliation: Keep your accounts accurate with real-time bank and credit card reconciliations.

  10. Expert Support: Unlimited email support from our team of accounting experts.


4. Additional dedicated expert support

In addition to our standard support services available as part of our Core plan, Finaloop offers a Premium plan designed to further assist you with your financial management needs. Our Premium plan includes:

  1. Dedicated expert support: While your Finaloop team takes care of the bookkeeping for you, you can choose to have a dedicated expert to review your Finaloop account with you monthly.

  2. Assistance with financial operations: If you are looking for assistance with certain tasks related to your financial operations and outside of the typical bookkeeping process, with our Premium plan, our team can help manage these tasks or inputs needed for your finances.

    1. Wholesale/AR Invoice Support: Assistance with issuing and managing wholesale/ B2b/ retail invoices for customers so your accounts receivable includes all your uncollected invoices.

    2. Bill/AP Issuance Support: Help with tracking bills and managing bill payments. This can be done in Settle or Bill.com, where Finaloop will automatically sync the data or can be managed within Finaloop. To learn more, check out Managing your bills (payables).

    3. Management of Accruals & Prepaid Expenses: Support with tracking and managing accruals and prepaid expenses. When you prepay an expense or generate accrued income, we’ll need some inputs from you in order to properly spread this over the relevant time periods in your books.

    4. PO & COGS Management: Assistance with purchase order (PO) and Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) management. The level of assistance you may need here heavily depends on which method you choose to manage your COGS in Finaloop. To learn more, see How to choose your COGS tracking method in Finaloop.

    5. Our Premium plan includes adding up to 40 docs/month. If you need assistance with additional documents, just let us know!

  3. Tax Services: Finaloop provides tax-ready books and flexibility for you to choose how to file your tax return. You can file with Finaloop or use your own CPA.

  4. Fractional CFO Services: Get an intro to an ecommerce-focused Fractional CFO to review your financials monthly and provide practical, strategic advice based on Finaloop’s real-time numbers to accelerate your growth.
