  • In certain cases, we'll need transactions or reports we can't import automatically from your bank or financial institution.

  • In this article, we'll explain how to find the relevant reports we need from your Chase accounts and upload them into Finaloop.


2. Exporting a CSV file of your Chase transactions

Here's your step-by-step guide on how to export a CSV file of your transactions from your Chase account​

This guide will walk you through downloading a CSV file containing your transaction history for your Chase account.

What you'll need

  • Your Chase account login credentials (Username & Password)

Steps

  1. Log in to your Chase account using your username and password.

  2. On the homepage you should see a dropdown that lets you choose the type of account you want to view. Click on All Accounts.

  3. Click on the account relevant to your mission.

  4. Scroll down to Account Activity, you'll see a download symbol on the far right. Click on it.

  5. You'll now see three drop downs

    1. Account: Select the account relevant to your mission.

    2. File Type: Select Spreadsheet

    3. Activity: Select Choose a date range, enter the dates relevant to your mission.

  6. Click on Download to save the CSV file to your device.

  7. Head over to your mission in Finaloop, and upload your CSV file.


3. Exporting a bank statement of your transactions from your Chase account​

Here's your step-by-step guide on how to export a bank statement of your transactions from your Chase account​

As part of our onboarding and year end reviews, we may ask for bank statements to confirm your bank balances and ensure your books are 100% accurate.

What you'll need

  • Your Chase account login credentials (Username & Password)

Steps

  1. Log in to your Chase account using your username and password.

  2. On the homepage you should see a dropdown that lets you choose the type of account you want to view. Click on All Accounts.

  3. Look for the account relevant to your mission and click on more.

  4. In the dropdown select Statement & Documents and then click on Statements.

  5. Under statements, click on view and select the year relevant to your mission.

  6. Look for the statement relevant to your mission and click on the download symbol on the far right to save the statement to your device.

  7. Head over to your mission in Finaloop, and upload your bank statement pdf.
