Wise - Uploading your transactions & bank statements (CSV or PDF) to Finaloop

In this article, we'll explain how to find the relevant reports we need from your Wise accounts and upload them to Finaloop.


Exporting CSV & PDF files of your Wise transactions

This guide will walk you through downloading a CSV/PDF file containing your transaction history for your Wise account.

What you'll need

  • Your Wise account login credentials (Username & Password)

Steps

  1. Log in to your Wise account using your username and password.

  2. You should now see all of your accounts.

  3. On the Home page, look for the relevant account/currency, and click on it. Alternatively, click on this link and skip to #7 below.

  4. You'll now be on the home screen for that account/currency. Click on the three dots at the top right corner of the page and select "Statements and reports".

  5. On the 'Statements and reports' page, select 'Statements' (under the 'Transactions and fees' subsection).

  6. On the 'Statements page' click 'Create a statement'.

  7. On the 'Create a statement' page:

    1. Statement period: select the required 'Start date' and 'End date'.

    2. Currencies: select the relevant account/currency under "Your currencies".

    3. Statement preferences: select CSV or PDF (as applicable) for file format.

    4. Keep the 'Display transactions with fees shown separately' box unchecked.

  8. Click Generate to save the CSV/PDF file to your Wise website (for future use).

  9. Click Download statement to export the CSV/PDF file to your device.

  10. Head over to your mission in Finaloop, and upload the CSV/PDF file.
