1. About

The Profitability Dashboard is your go-to tool for understanding your margins and keeping a close eye on your business's profitability. Accessible right from your home page, this dashboard breaks down your financial performance with detailed charts and insights, so you always know where your money is going and how your business is doing.

2. Where to Find It

On your home page, look at the top of the page. Next to the Overview tab, you’ll see a tab labeled Profitability. Click on it to access the dashboard.

3. Navigating your Profitability Dashboard

We'll walk through everything you need to know about the Profitability Dashboard here, but you can also check out our walkthrough guide to learn more!

The Dashboard is divided into three tabs, each offering unique insights.

Overview

Get a big-picture view of your profitability and key financial metrics, including:

  • Net Sales

  • Contribution Margin

  • Cost Analysis

  • Cost Analysis (% of Net Sales)

Cost of delivery

Understand the breakdown of your delivery costs:

  • Product COGS (Cost of Goods Sold)

  • Shipping & Fulfillment Costs

The charts in the Profitability Dashboard are based on your Profit & Loss (P&L) data. While your P&L is updated in real-time, dashboard numbers may have a slight delay of up to 24 hours.
