Relay Financial - How to upload your transactions or bank statements (CSV or PDF) to Finaloop

Learn how to export transactions and statements for your Relay Financial bank accounts.

In certain cases, we'll need transactions or reports we can't import automatically from your bank or financial institution.

In this article, we'll explain how to find the relevant reports we need from your Relay Financial accounts and upload them into Finaloop.

1. Exporting a CSV file of your Relay Financial transactions

Here's your step-by-step guide on how to export a CSV file of your transactions

What you'll need

  • Your Relay Financial account login credentials (Username & Password)

Steps

  1. Log in to your Relay Financial account using your username and password.

  2. On the left sidebar, click on Accounts and then select Statements.

  3. Look for the relevant statement and check the box next to it.

  4. Click Export, and then select Download statements.

  5. You should now see a pop-up. Choose CSV as the file type, select the account relevant to the mission, and click Done. Your file will now be saved to your device.

  6. Head over to your mission in Finaloop, and upload your CSV.

2. Exporting a bank statement from your Relay Financial account

As part of our onboarding and year-end reviews, we may ask for bank statements to confirm your bank balances and ensure your books are 100% accurate.

What you'll need

  • Your Relay Financial account login credentials (Username & Password)

Steps

  1. Log in to your Relay Financial account using your username and password.

  2. On the left sidebar, click on Accounts and then select Statements.

  3. Look for the statement relevant to your mission and check the box next to it.

  4. Click Export, and then select Download statements.

  5. You should now see a pop-up. Choose PDF as the file type, select the account relevant to the mission, and click Done. Your file will now be saved to your device.

  6. Head over to your mission in Finaloop, and upload your PDF statement.
