Overview

  • For certain apps and payment gateways, we may request additional information or a specific role in the account itself so we can reconcile the data and ensure all the numbers in your books are super accurate.

  • In this article, we'll explain how to provide us with the role or the additional information we need to reconcile the following payment gateways.

Affirm

Please provide us with a role in your Affirm account by following these steps:

  1. Log in to Affirm's Merchant Portal.

  2. Click on Settings.

  3. Click on Permissions and Add Members.

  4. A pop-up window will appear. Enter [email protected].

  5. Click on Send Invites.

Braintree

Please provide us with a role in your Braintree account by following these steps:

  1. Log in to Braintree Control Panel.

  2. Click the gear icon in the top right corner, and select Team.

  3. Click the New User button at the top of the page.

  4. Click on Create User.

  5. Please grant us Read-Only Access, Reporting and Statements roles by selecting Team under the gear icon, and Roles.

Sezzle

Please provide us with a role in your Sezzle account by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your Sezzle account, and go to this link.

  2. Add the following details:

  3. Click Send invite.

  4. Under Manage Users, please grant us Read permissions.

Klarna

Please provide us with a role in Klarna your account by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your Klarna account.

  2. Click on User Manager.

  3. Click Invite user in the top right hand corner.

  4. Select all the stores.

  5. Click Send invite.

  6. Under User Manager, please grant us permission to Settlements.

Authorize.net

Please provide us with a role in your authorize.net account by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your Authorize.net account, and under Account go to the User Administration page.

  2. Click +Add User on the User Administration page toolbar.

  3. Select the Account Analyst type of user role from the User Role drop-down list. The default user permissions associated with the selected user role are automatically listed and enabled.

  4. Leave the account default permissions checked and click Next.

  5. Add the following details:

    • Login ID: Finaloop+{company name}+1

    • First Name: Finaloop

    • Last Name: Finaloop

    • Title: Accounting

    • Phone: +12054605145

  6. Click Submit without selecting any of the checkboxes under Email Notification Settings.

Amazon Pay

If you use Amazon Pay and it's not connected to Shopify, please provide us with a role in your Amazon Pay account by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your Amazon seller account.

  2. On the upper-right corner, click on Settings, then click User Permissions.

  3. Invite [email protected] as a Secondary User.

  4. Once we approve the invite (you will get a notification), log back into your Amazon seller account.

  5. Go to Settings.

  6. Click on User Permissions.

  7. Next to the user you created for [email protected], click on Manage Permissions.

  8. Grant us View & Edit access to everything under the Reports section.
