To make sure your Amazon Lending transactions get properly included in your books, please provide us with a role in your Amazon account by following these steps:
Log in to your Amazon seller account.
On the upper-right corner, click on ‘Settings’, then click 'User Permissions' and invite [email protected] as a Secondary User.
Let us know when it is done so we can confirm we have access to your account (via chat/email).
Once we approve the invite (you will get a notification), in your Amazon seller account go again to ‘Settings’, then click on ‘User Permissions’.
Then click on ‘Manage Permission’ next to the user you have created for [email protected].
Please grant us View & Edit to everything under the "Amazon Lending", "Reports", "Orders" & "Inventory" sections.
