At the top menu, under "Financing" click on "PayPal Working Capital"

Download your loan agreement by clicking "Download contract" at the left side of the page. 

1. Log in to your PayPal account 
2. At the top menu, under "Financing" click on "PayPal Working Capital"

4. Upload your loan agreement.
