To make sure your Ampla transactions get properly included in your books, please provide us with a role in your Ampla account by following these steps:
Log in to your Ampla portal
On the bottom left, click on your name
Choose "Team"
On the top right, click "+ Add new user"
Invite accountant+{username}@finaloop.com as a team member. For example, if your company is called Best Ecom, invite [email protected].
Additionally, if you are using Ampla as a bank account, please follow these instructions to connect it to Finaloop (if not already connected):

Go to settings in Finaloop.
Go to the banks and banks & credit cards tab.
Click add accounts, and add Ampla as a bank.
