📊 New: Peer Benchmark

Peer Benchmark is now available in your Dashboard, allowing you to compare your business performance against similar companies.

You can benchmark your sales performance against:

  • Companies with similar annual sales

  • Companies in the same industry

  • Other supported industries you choose

Benchmark data is currently available when using supported preset date ranges. Custom date ranges are not yet supported.

🤝 Smarter Wholesale & B2B Workflows

Automated Customer Balances

We've expanded Finaloop's B2B capabilities by automating more of the accounts receivable lifecycle.

Customer balances are now maintained automatically as invoices, payments, transactions, and adjustments occur, helping keep your customer ledger accurate with less manual effort.

What's included

  • Customer balances update automatically

  • Payments automatically reduce customer balances, even before they're linked to an invoice

  • Customer ledgers include invoices, payments, transactions, and adjustments in one place

  • Customer balances remain accurate as new information is added

  • Reduced need for manual reconciliation to maintain accurate books

Reconciliation is still recommended for operational visibility, collections, and aging reports, but your books remain accurate even while reconciliation is still in progress.


👀 Complete Invoice History

What's new

Invoices now include a complete activity history.

Open any invoice and select the History (👁️) icon to see every action taken on that invoice, including:

  • Who made the change

  • When it happened

  • How it affected the invoice balance

This makes it easier to understand invoice activity, collaborate across teams, and maintain a clear audit trail.

This feature is available for invoices created after this feature was released.
