ADP Payroll - How to pull my employer taxes

Written by Emily Burrows

If you're using ADP Payroll to pay your employees, we'll need some input from you to get your payroll taxes correctly recorded in your books.

Follow the directions below in order to report Finaloop your employer taxes for the relevant year:

  1. Login to your ADP Payroll account.

  2. On the top bar, select “Reports”.

  3. Select "Payroll Liability" Report.

  4. To generate a full-year report, select the relevant year (for example, 2025) under "Year", and then choose the first pay cycle in that year under "From" and the last pay cycle in that year under "to".

  5. Click on "Refresh" to generate the report.

  6. The total employer taxes for the year are presented in "Taxes", under the "ER contrib" column.

Note: If the "ER contrib" amount appears under "Deposit Responsibility

Client" and under "Deposit Responsibility ADP", sum both of them.
